Le voilà ! Le tant attendu appel à bénévoles pour BEta Larp est ouvert 🥳
BEta Larp, en quelques mots, ce sont : des conférences, des tables-rondes, des ateliers (de confection, thématiques, pratiques…), des animations de détente ou des jeux autour du jeu de rôles Grandeur Nature. Le tout dans une ambiance festive 🎊
☝️ Cette année, le week-end aura lieu du 28 au 29 octobre 2023. Si vous avez des idées pour l’organisation, une motivation sans bornes et une envie de vous impliquer dans un événement qui a du sens, tentez l’expérience !
Mais qu’est-ce qu’on attend de vous en tant que volontaires ? C’est simple !
💬 Prendre part aux décisions logistiques, budgétaires et temporelles
👥 Assister aux réunions
👣 Être présent·e sur place pour assurer l’accueil des participant·e·s, l’installation et le transport de la logistique
✨Passer un bon moment autour d’un chouette projet !
Bien sûr, nous prendrons en compte les disponibilités de chacun·e 🤗

Here we are! The awaited call for volunteers for BEta Larp is open 🥳
But what is BEta Larp? I a few words: conferences, round tables, workshops (DIY, thematic, practical…), animations or games, all this in relation with the Live Action Role Play. And in a festive atmosphere 🎊
☝️ This year, the weekend will take place from 28 to 29 October 2023. If you have ideas for the organisation, a great motivation and a desire to get involved in an event that makes sense, let’s go!
What is expected as a volunteer? It’s simple!
💬 Participation in logistical, budgetary and time decisions
👥 Participation at meetings
👣 On the Day-D : the reception of the participants, the help for the installation and the logistics
✨ Sharing of a good time for a great project!
Of course, we will take into account the availability of each person 🤗
